The UFC is back with another action-packed fight card. This week we’ll be covering UFC 245 so, let’s delve into our weekly accumulator/parlay betting predictions, are you ready for this week’s UFC tips?

UFC Bantamweight Bout

Petr Yan vs Uriah Faber

UFC 245 takes place on Saturday, November 14th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada

Fight Odds

After the epic finish to last week’s Pay-Per-View, maintaining my excitement without suffering a life-threatening injury/attack is becoming a task. The UFC 245 card we have at hand is truly incredible. With three titles on the line, making betting picks for this weeks ‘punching parlay’ wasn’t an easy one but I think have something to get your adrenaline pumping throughout the main card.

Uriah Faber shocked the world after making a return to the octagon from retirement. Coming in as the huge underdog versus Ricky Simon, Faber was dominated in the fight up until a perfect counter-strike put Ricky Simon in a daydream. Faber won the fight via TKO and proved the doubters wrong who said the legend was done in the sport. He’ll now face another up and coming prospect but, the problem this time will surely be the durability of Petr Yan. Faber has been around the block and back again (when it comes to martial arts contests) and you can never count out the ‘California Kid’.

What can I say about Petr Yan? Well, he’s a former ACB (Absolute Championship Berkut) Champion fighting out of Russia. He holds a blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and holds certification from the Master of Sports in Boxing and Mixed Martial Arts. Other than a blip in his professional career, Yan has remained undefeated for the most part. An over-whelming forward pressure and high-level fight IQ has seen Yan defeat some of the UFC Bantamweight’s finest to offer with no sweat of his back.

With 5 UFC fights to his name, Yan has dictated the pace in each and every one of them. There are not many fighters who are going to stop this kid, especially the ageing legend Uriah Faber. He’ll be the first selection for this week’s accumulator and I may even bet him straight out to win ‘inside the distance’.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/zggXUbSd0OM" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

UFC 245 Uriah Faber vs Petr Yan prediction

Let’s not beat around the bush shall we, Faber was very lucky to escape the onslaught that Ricky Simon was putting on him. Now he’s facing an even tougher opponent, who’s younger, faster, stronger and undefeated in a very long time. The chances of Faber walking out victorious this weekend are very slim, I can’t visualize any path to victory for Faber; not even a lucky KO.

Petr Yan is being dealt an easy fight, in my opinion, no disrespect to Uriah Hall but his prime years are long gone whilst Petr Yan is evolving from fight to fight. The most important thing on Faber’s mind during this fight will be figuring out how to not get finished.

I think we’ll see a significant beating on Faber that will end in a stoppage. Whether that be in the first or third round, I cannot see Faber escaping with a win or his consciousness this time around.

UFC Accumulator betting tip 1: Petr Yan [1.22] [-454] @ Bet365

UFC Bantamweight Title Bout

Amanda Nunes vs Germaine De Randamie

UFC 245 takes place on Saturday, November 14th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada

Fight Odds

The co-main event of the evening will put the female Bantamweights on the centre stage. Reigning, defending champion Amanda Nunes has looked unstoppable across her UFC tenure. She hasn’t just defeated the strongest, most dominant women in MMA history, she’s done it all by knocking them out. The most feared women in the UFC will defend her crown this weekend and I cannot wait to watch her sit back in the throne after it’s all said and done.

Germaine is all too familiar with this situation. It’s not the first time she’s faced Amanda Nunes and yes, I’m sure her game has slightly evolved since her first submission defeat at the hands of Nunes but, I think Nunes has improved a lot more. GDR is an incredible kick-boxer who hasn’t really been put to the test by an all-round martial artist. She’s faced an array of dangerous strikers and came out on top but, she lacks the high level of opposition on her record that’s presented on Nunes’s resume.

<iframe width="560" height="315" src="https://www.youtube.com/embed/P3dLYmPsIMo" frameborder="0" allow="accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture" allowfullscreen></iframe>

At the end of the day

We’re going to see Nunes prove to the world once again why she shouldn’t be doubted in this sport. A super-green Nunes defeated GDR by submission without any struggle what so ever. Now we have an elite version of Nunes that’s taken a dangerous route to the title by defeating every well-known name in the sport. From McMann, Shevchenko, Tate, Rousey, Cyborg and Holly Holm… she’s

defeated them all. She holds two titles and gives me no reason to doubt her in this matchup. No need to get overly technical, Nunes is the G.O.A.T and GDR sure isn’t the Shepard who can herd her.

Accumulator betting tip 2: Amanda Nunes to win [1.36] [-277] @ Bet365

Hold on Just a Minute

The price just isn’t good enough for the ‘Punching Parlay’ so, let’s make this one more exciting.
