The UFC is back with another action-packed fight card. This week we’ll be covering Fight Night 163 which will be live from the CSKA Arena in Moscow, Russia

UFC Welterweight Bout

Zelim Imadaev vs Danny Roberts

UFC Fight Night 163 takes place on Saturday, November 9th at the CSKA Arena in Moscow, Russia

After the shocking… the overwhelming barrage that Corey Anderson laid on Johnny Walker last week, I’ll be treading carefully. The UFC will be in Russia this week so, where better to start than with a slightly favoured Russian who is coming off a loss.

Zelim Imadaev will be looking to bounce back from his debut loss for the UFC back in April. Max Griffin wasn’t the easiest path to a debut win and Zelim came up short in a majority decision. Back home in Russia for UFC Moscow, Zelim will face a long runner the UFC in Danny Roberts. Zelim should have an easier task at hand with the Englishman Roberts and whilst in front of his family and friends, should want to give his best performance.

Danny Robert’s has had a rough journey in the UFC. The past four years have seen Robert’s win five and losing four. More notably, three losses he’s suffered have all come by knockout with the fourth ending by submission. Robert’s has an ultra-questionable chin and is now faced with the task of fighting an angry Russia on hostile turf.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/eIMnfETfc8s\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>"}[/]

UFC Moscow Zelim Imadaev vs Danny Roberts prediction

Zelim Imadaev has finished all of his eight professional fights by knockout prior to joining the UFC. It’s not going to take a lot from Zelim to give Robert’s durability another test inside the octagon. Based on Robert’s recent form, it would be foolish to think he won’t get caught again and given the power behind his opponent’s striking, how can we not have faith in the young up and comer ‘Zelim Imadaev’.

At this point, I’m not even sure Robert’s should be fighting with the damage he’s taken over the years. The unorthodox striking technique from Zelim and the choice to pull out a wrestling offence if all else fails leads me to side heavy on Zelim here. If you’re here for the breakdown and parlays don’t suite your betting strategies then I wouldn’t play Zelim straight, I’d just take him to win ‘inside the distance’ at a great price of 2.00 +100. The value gives you the chance to stake low and avoid a heavy loss if things don’t go “our way”.

This week, our first-leg accumulator/parlay prediction will be Zelim Imadaev.

Accumulator betting tip 1: Zelim Imadaev [1.53] [-188] @ Betway

UFC Bantamweight Bout

Pannie Kianzad vs Jessica Rose Clark

UFC Fight Night 163 takes place on Saturday, November 9th at the CSKA Arena in Moscow, Russia

Pannie Kianzad and Jessica Clark will step up to fight each other for the second this Saturday and I have no doubt in my mind that we see a similar outcome to what we did the first time around.

Pannie is the younger fighter by 6-years but also holds an experience level to match Jess; she impressed on the ‘Ultimate Fighter’ contest but failed to find a positive result in her debut UFC bout against a powerful Julia Avila.

Jessica Clark might have found more success if she became more active, but with only one fight to her name in over a year; she’s now aged 31 and might not have the same drive she once had. I don’t see a huge improvement in Jess’s game and the well-rounded fighter of the two was and still is… Pannie Kianzad.

[/]{"component": "embedHTML", "code": "<iframe width=\"560\" height=\"315\" src=\"https://www.youtube.com/embed/LFnfZM39i3g\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen></iframe>"}[/]

At the end of the day

The first and only female fight on this Russian card, Pannie Kianzad takes on Jessica Rose Clark for the second time in their respective careers. You may have already read the UFC Moscow edition of ‘Dogs and Their Odds’ and my opinion hasn’t changed all that much. I don’t expect either girl to provide a significant advance in skill-set since their first fight where Pannie was the successor.

Whilst believing Pannie will win, I’m even more confident in this fight seeing all 3-rounds.

Accumulator betting pick 2: Fight goes the distance [1.30] [-333] @ Betway

Punching Parlay Wrap Up

Zelim Imadaev [1.53]

Pannie Kianzad/ J Clark - FGTD [1.30]

Parlay/Accumulator Odds: [1.99] [-101] with Betway

Stake: £100
Returns: £199
Profit: £99
Current Bankroll: + £214

The Weekly Punching Parlay Season 4 Record: 3-2

Season One Record: 10-0
End of Season 1 Profit: (+10.1 Units of Profit)

Season Two Record: 3-7
End of Season 1 Profit: (-4.95 Units of Profit)

Season Three Record: 7-3
End of Season 1 Profit: (+7.4.
