Swansea vs Fulham

Saturday, November 29rd at the Liberty Stadium
Betting Tip: Under 2.5 goals @ 2.12 [+112] with Unibet

Two playoff hopefuls will meet this Friday night when Fulham travel to Welsh grounds and face up against Swansea City.

Fulham has cashed our tickets in their previous two fixtures because of their current 3 game win streak which is the form expected from the squad, whereas Swansea... Not so much. Surprisingly to some, they remain, top-six contenders.

The Championship schedule has been hectic, weekend fixtures will have both sides compete in their third game in 7 days, which might be a good sign which points directly towards the under. Backing up this outcome would be the 25% over 2.5 goal percentage that Fulham hold when playing away from home. On top of that, Swansea loses by 1 goal 75% of the time in their defeats.

Momentum is evidently siding with Fulham but, both sides will be fatigued. The Friday night game after two back to back matches should see this fixture ended in a low scoring affair. A draw wouldn't surprise me but given the decline in form for Swansea, Fulham could easily snatch a goal or two before the final whistle is blown.

The hosts have struggled at home and now face a dangerous, high-scoring Fulham. Plenty of creation but an 8% finish rate is putting Swansea in a goal drought. Just three goals scored on home soil in their previous six games should ring alarm bells but unfortunately, the bounce-back will be a tough one to claim against Fulham.

As much as I like Fulham’s chances to take the three points, I'm more attracted to the value on the goals market. Were being given plus money value on the under 2.5 and I’ll take it.

Prediction/Tip: Under 2.5 goals @ [2.12] [+112] with Unibet

Brentford vs Luton

Saturday, November 30th at Griffin Park
Betting Tip: Brentford win & under 4.5 goals @ 1.91 [-110] with Coral

Although it’s super early to make cemented opinions into the EFL 19/20 season, I think it’s safe to say Luton are out of their depth in the Championship. A midweek victory over Charlton may have ended the losing streak for Luton but, playoff potentials Brentford should have too much firepower up front for Luton to maintain.

The attacking-minded Brentford have a huge statistical advantage over Luton. Luton has lost seven of their nine away games this term and only one of those losses came against a top eight side. With the best of the league remaining on Luton's schedule, they could well be relegated before March.

Brentford hasn’t achieved the greatest record at home, but they are seven places in front of their opponents and overall, come in as the higher quality side. Just two places in the league table shy of sixth place, a victory this weekend could see Brentford enter a playoff position and with Luton as the opposition, I’m sure they’ll like their chances.

Then bookmaker doesn’t seem to have much faith in Luton either so, to find some decent value we'll combine the Brentford win with the goal market.

Prediction/Tip: Brentford win & under 4.5 goals @ [1.91] [-110] with Coral

EFL bets, tips & predictions

EPL

Burnley win vs Crystal Palace @ 2.35 [+135] with Unibet

Chelsea wins HT/FT vs W.Ham @ 1.91 [-110] with Bet365

Southampton vs Watford DRAW @ 3.60 [+260] with Unibet

Leicester wins & over 1.5 vs Everton @ 2.00 [+100] with Coral

Wolves vs Sheffield DRAW @ 3.5 [+250] with Unibet

EFL Championship

Leeds win & under 3.5 goals vs Middlesbrough @ 2.10 [+110] with Betway

Hull win vs Barnsley @ 2.55 [+155] with Unibet

Derby win vs QPR @ 2.45 [+145] with Unibet

N.Forest win vs Cardiff @ 2.30 [+130] with Betway
