Two weeks remain in English domestic competition, relegation and promotion spots are still up for grabs. The clock is ticking, it’s the final countdown for the 18/19 season of English football. Will Sheffield ruin Norwich City’s almost perfect season?

<p> </p><p></p><h2><strong>Sheffield United vs Ipswich Town</strong></h2><p></p><p>How the tables have turned in recent weeks of English Championship Football. Four game’s back the league was looking like Norwich’s to lose like it has all season. Norwich dropped form at the worst time, a four-game streak of draws have given the opposition below Norwich a chance to steal the first-place spot with just two weeks remaining.</p><p>Unfortunately for Norwich, second place Sheffield United have the easier path to snatch the title and with a win this weekend versus bottom of the league Ipswich town, ‘The Blades’ could take first place with equal points at 88 (If Norwich lose) and only one goal separating the two teams on goal difference, Sheffield is coming into this weekend’s fixture full of confidence.</p><p>Ipswich Town has already been relegated and have won four games all season! Losing 24 games isn’t a pretty record and Ipswich Towns efforts on the pitch reflect that. The best teams in the English championship struggle for points away against Sheffield United so I can’t see any type of good result for Ipswich. Sheffield United will be glad to know Norwich face the best in form team in the league right now in Midlands side Aston Villa next week, sealing this win against Ipswich should come easy.</p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=acd6b93a-905e-45af-90ef-7eb1df661829&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><em><strong>Sheffield United Win Halftime/Fulltime @ 1.70 – 7/10 with Coral (1u)</strong></em></a></p><p style="text-align:center;"><a href="https://www.oddsmarket.com/football/eng/championship/sheffield-united-vs-ipswich-town-3535148/?mtgid=259&amp;mtid=160"><strong>Check out the Halftime/Fulltime market over at OddsMarket</strong></a></p><p style="text-align:center;"><strong><img alt src="https://i2-prod.stokesentinel.co.uk/incoming/article2783086.ece/ALTERNATES/s1200b/0_norwich-celebrations-v-wednesday.jpg" style="width:600px;height:450px;" /></strong></p><p></p><h2><strong>Norwich City vs. Blackburn Rovers</strong></h2><p></p><p>Norwich City has been cursed with drawn results across the previous four games of English championship football, leading the table with 88 points just one point in this weekend’s game will secure ‘The Canaries’ automatic promotion into the Premier League. I’m sure Norwich will be happy with another draw this weekend but doing so would give Sheffield United the edge in taking first place in the league.</p><p>They come up against a Blackburn side who have nothing to play for other than pride. Saying that Blackburn have been in great form lately… winning their previous four games has done nothing for Blackburn other than secure a mid-table position towards the end of a mediocre season but they sure could play spoiler here and upset the entire city of Norwich.</p><p>I think it’s time for Norwich to end the drought, one point sounds nice but three points will be the obligation of a strong Norwich side here. With little value when picking Norwich straight up and Blackburn’s consistency in scoring, I’ll take some more riskier plays towards the end of the season to try and gain some late value. Norwich to win and both teams to score sounds good to me, plus… scared money doesn’t make money.</p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=1ba923f3-5341-4bda-b457-0138ac61ae7a&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><em><strong>Norwich Win &amp; Both Teams to Score @ 2.75 – 7/4 with Betfred (1u)</strong></em></a></p><p style="text-align:center;"><a href="https://www.oddsmarket.com/football/eng/championship/"><strong>CLICK HERE FOR ALL THE BEST AVAILABLE ODDS ON LOWER LEAGUE FOOTBALL</strong></a></p><p style="text-align:center;"><strong><img alt src="https://cdn.vox-cdn.com/thumbor/vl36EcggF5ePjBEMYKQsOY7Dmn0=/0x0:2341x1653/1200x800/filters:focal(984x640:1358x1014)/cdn.vox-cdn.com/uploads/chorus_image/image/63646131/GettyImages_1138060546.0.jpg" style="width:600px;height:400px;" /></strong></p><p></p><h2><strong>Leeds United vs. Aston Villa</strong></h2><p></p><p>West Midlands side Aston Villa could have done with this form a little earlier in the season which surely would have given them serious chances at securing automatic promotion. A ten-game winning streak has propelled Villa right into playoff spot which is certainly better than nothing, but this weekend’s Sunday game might be one of the toughest they’ve had in a while as they head to Leeds who sit in the third position.</p><p>Leeds United will be fighting for the second-place position giving them automatic promotion into the Premier League, whilst Aston has already secured their playoff spot… Some would say going too hard so close to the play-off games would be a stupid move, but I can’t see Villa rolling over to Leeds and giving up their unbeaten streak.</p><p>Leeds have skidded losing their previous two games, with an in-form Villa to face early Sunday morning… I have doubts that Leeds will come out victorious. I think defences will be tight, the only game in the championship being played on Sunday so the T.V camera will be out with all the pressure being on Leeds, whilst Aston Villa can have fun on the pitch. This leads me to think this one might be a low scoring affair, giving Villa the edge to win the game and taking a look at how huge the value is here, we’ll have three predictions for this one.</p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><em><strong>Villa Double Chance Draw or Win @ 2.15 - 23/20 with Bet365 (1u)</strong></em></a></p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><em><strong>Villa Win @ 4.50 – 7/2 with Bet365 (0.5u)</strong></em></a></p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><em><strong>Under 2.5 Match Goals @ 2.20 – 6/5 with Bet365 (0.5u)</strong></em></a></p><p style="text-align:center;"><a href="https://www.oddsmarket.com/football/eng/championship/"><b>CLICK HERE</b></a><b> FOR THE BEST AVAILABLE ODDS</b></p><p></p><h2><strong>Some More Football Bets I’m On</strong></h2><p></p><p><strong>English Premier League</strong></p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Premier League Betting Odds"><em><strong>Tottenham vs West Ham – Under 2.5 goals @ 2.50 with Bet365 (1u)</strong></em></a></p><p><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Premier League Betting Odds"><em><strong>Man Utd vs Chelsea – Under 2.5 goals @ 1.91 with Bet365 9 (1u)</strong></em></a></p><p><strong>Round-Up</strong></p><ul> <li><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=acd6b93a-905e-45af-90ef-7eb1df661829&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><strong><em>Sheffield United Halftime/Fulltime @ 1.70 – 7/10 with Coral (1u)</em></strong></a></li> <li><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=1ba923f3-5341-4bda-b457-0138ac61ae7a&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><strong><em>Norwich City Win &amp; Both Teams to Score @ 2.75 – 7/5 with Betfred (1u)</em></strong></a></li> <li><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><strong><em>Aston Villa Double Chance (Draw or Win) @ 2.15 – 23/20 with Bet365 (1u)</em></strong></a></li> <li><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><strong><em>Aston Villa Win @ 4.50 – 7/2 with Bet365 (0.5u)</em></strong></a></li> <li><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Championship Betting Odds"><strong><em>Leeds/Villa Under 2.5 Match Goals @ 2.20 – 6/5 with Bet365</em></strong></a></li></ul><p> </p><p><em>Full odds for this week’s English Championship Games available </em><a href="https://www.oddsmarket.com/football/eng/league-one/"><em>HERE</em></a></p><p><em>Some of the Best Odds for this week’s Championship games available <strong>@ <a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Football Betting Odds">Bet365</a></strong><a href="https://a.oddsmarket.com/record/v?c=150&amp;a=bf7f64f4-cd67-4904-9b00-6ded1d41fd18&amp;f=1" target="_blank" title="Football Betting Odds"> </a></em></p><p><em>Follow Dave Bets on Twitter </em><a href="https://www.oddsmarket.com/football/?dt=20190413"><em>HERE</em></a></p>
