Most people know who they are betting in the first round group stages and have bet on their tournament outright winner, but have you check out some interesting props, some of which have superb value. We have put together some of our favourite props for the upcoming Euro 2020, from top goalscorer’s, to highest scoring team and even player of the tournament.

Euro 2020 Top Goalscorer

It’s no surprise Lukaku is the favorite to be the top scorer in this year’s competition following his 24 Serie A league goals that helped lift Inter Milan first league title since 2010. Lukaku is in the prime of his lift, he is a prolific marksman and has managed to score 58 goals in his previous 59 outings for the national side. Belgium have a favourable group, if he is in the mood, he could have 4/5 goals heading into the knockouts.

There is a lot of favourable outsiders to consider for top goalscorer and 4 of the last 5 Euros has seen a 100/1 shot cash an each way bet. Polish marksman, Lewandowski is the main man on this team and if they are to go deep in the tournament, they will look to him to score their goals. The current European Golden Boot holder and now German Bundesliga top goalscorer record holder with 41 goals has some value at 26.0. If he were playing for any of the favorites he would most likely be favorite or joint favorite.

Top Goalscorer Tips:

Robert Lewandowski at 26.0 with Betfair

Romelu Lukaku at 8.0 with Paddy Power

Eliminated By Shootout

We believe Turkey, Denmark and England will all make it into the knockout phase of the tournament, at least two of the three should. England have a vast history of being eliminated by penalty shootouts, its almost a part of their World Cup and Euro DNA at this stage. We have chosen both Turkey and Denmark because they are two dogged teams who work hard (especially Denmark) and if their going down, their not going down without a fight. Both nationals have the characteristics to stick around for 120 minutes in a knockout game. The best thing about this bet is the odds are favourable for low steaks, but you also could potentially cash all three plays.

Eliminated by Shootout Tips:

Turkey at 11.0 with Bet365

Denmark at 11.0 with Bet365

England at 6.0 with Unibet

Highest Scoring Team

Turkey do have a difficult enough group with teams who like to defend and counter attack, but Turkey's style of play is unique in the sense they do their own thing and sometimes completely ignore what their opponents have set out for them. This has lead to some wild Turkey results in recent games. They have the potential to be tournament top scorers at a massive 100/1. We would need them to go deep and also notch up a few in the group stage. At 100/1 its worth a small stake, Turkey over 3.5 tournament goals is an absolute must bet.

Belgium and France speak for themselves, a lot of talent, a lot of goalscorer’s amongst their ranks and both have been touted to make it to the final, which would only aid their case to be the tournament top goalscorer’s.

Highest Scoring Team Tips

Turkey at 101.0 with Betfair

Belgium at 6.5 with Unibet

France at 7.0 with Bet365

Lowest Scoring Team

We believe the Swiss to be excellent value to potentially be the lowest goalscorers, in the tournament. Switzerland do not have a goalscorer amongst their ranks, nobody to truly turn to when a goal is needed, Shaqiri might get you out of a hole every now and then, but he is as close as it gets. Their group consists of Turkey, Wales, and Italy. If they don’t score on Turkey, we believe there is a good chance they finish this tournament with zero goals.

Hungary are the joint lowest goalscorer favorites in this years Euros, and here is why: Firstly they don’t have any superstars or world renowned players, most of their team plays in low divisions throughout Europe and they have the unfortunate of being drawn into a group with Portugal, Germany, and France. Will Hungary even get to touch the ball?

Lowest Scoring Team Tips:

Switzerland at 21.0 with Paddy Power

Hungary at 6.0 with William Hill

Player of The Tournament

You would have to figure if Belgium won the tournament, we would see Lukaku as their best player and therefore player of the tournament? Same goes for any nation with a big star player. This is why we like Lukaku at odds of 19.0, they are high odds and have a much better chance of winning. A lot of people will argue Kevin De Bruyne, and your not wrong is suggesting him, the only issue is he is 8.0 favorite and those odds are just too low to be betting on a market like this.

N’Golo Kante, French midfielder has participated in 7 finals in as little as 6 years, as well as being a newly crowned Premier League champion. More importantly he has won a total of 32 player individual awards as well as teams of the year. When his teams win stuff, he is usually regarded as their best player. Just a few weeks ago he was named Champions League final man of the match, if France are to win this tournament, Kante will play a pivotal role and a 26.0 winner could be coming your way.

Player of the Tournament Tips

Romelu Lukaku at 19.0 with Paddy Power

N’Golo Kante at 26.0 with William Hill
