The top of the Serie A table is already taking shape as Juventus, Napoli and Inter have all recorded 100% starts to the season. All three are in action this weekend and the likes of AC Milan and Roma will also be seeking to climb the table and put pressure on the leaders. He we preview the biggest and most intriguing games of the weekend:

https://youtu.be/cdCBzZn1Q38

Crotone v Inter

Crotone pulled off a great escape last season and somehow managed to avoid relegation courtesy of a sensational last day victory. They looked dead and buried at Christmas but embarked on a fairy-tale run and just about stayed up. But they are off to another poor start this time around and have taken just one point from three games. Inter are on fire and provided the best victory of the season when they beat Roma, last season’s runners-up, 3-1 away from home. They will fancy their chances of winning this and as such they are best priced at just 1.33. However, you can get 2.25 at Bet Stars on Inter to win and under 3.5 goals. Two of Inter’s three games have seen under 3.5 goals this season, and all three of Crotone’s games have seen under 3.5 goals.

Roma v Verona

Roma’s defeat at the hands of Inter stands as the low point of an otherwise decent start to the season. They started by beating Atalanta 1-0 away, and then shrugged off the Inter loss by Chapecoense 4-1 in the cup. They acquitted themselves well in midweek as they earned a 0-0 draw with Atletico Madrid in the Champions League. Diego Simeone’s side are one of the competition’s best teams and ranked 2nd in UEFA’s co-efficient system, so that was no mean feat. They host a Verona team that have also taken just one point from three games and the newly promoted side lie in the relegation zone, with their prospects of survival looking grim indeed. Verona have scored just once and conceded eight in their three games, and that form should have Roma’s forwards licking their lips in anticipation, particularly the prolific Edin Dzeko. Roma -1.75 Asian handicap looks good here at 1.79 with 188 Bet, and any lines on Dzeko to score at any time look worth considering.

Napoli v Benevento

The biggest mismatch this weekend sees high-flying Napoli take on newly promoted Benevento. Napoli are amazing going forwards and can call on the likes of Arkadiusz Milik and Dries Mertens. They scored more than any other team last season and have already hit nine goals in three games this campaign, earning a perfect nine points. Benevento are rock bottom on zero points, with three defeats from three. Napoli should cruise this one and as such the best odds are just 1.13 with Betway, Boyle Sports and a few others. Benevento have not been too bad defensively, shipping only four goals in their three defeats, so that might make you cautious when considering a handicap. To get any value you have to go to Napoli -2.5 Asian handicap, which is 2.00 with Paddy Power and 2.07 with Black Type. You would fancy Napoli to score a few goals, so they should cover it. Benevento have scored just once this season, so another option would be Napoli to win to nil at 1.85 with Bet Victor.

Sassuolo v Juventus

Juventus suffered a chastening defeat at the hands of Barcelona in the Champions League on Tuesday, but they should bounce back with victory here. They are top of the table, ahead of Napoli and Inter on goal difference, after making a blistering start to the season, and should not have too many problems dispatching Sassuolo, yet another team on one point after three matches played. Juventus won 2-0 here last season and they should be able to pull off a similar feat this time around, so Juventus -1 Asian handicap looks good at 1.79 with Bet365.
