The summer transfer window has already opened on May 17 with clubs able to buy/sell players until August 31.

The window must be open for 12 weeks but for the 1st time in the history, the Premier League clubs voted a new rule for their domestic league to end the summer transfer window on Thursday August 9, one day before the new season kicks off.

Cristiano Ronaldo to Juventus

Five-time Ballon D’Or winner Cristiano Ronaldo has completed a £105m move last week when he signed with Serie A champions Juventus. After spending 9 seasons at Real Madrid scoring 451 goals for his club in all competitions winning 4 Champions League trophies and 2 La Liga titles, Cristiano Ronaldo declared he has no regrets over leaving the Spanish giants and that it was an easy decision because Juventus is one of the biggest clubs in the World. With this 1st and most important transfer, the Italian top flight league can finally hope to regain its lost reputation and become the best league in the European football. Other big players will want to sign with the Serie A teams, the TV broadcast rights will increase, the big international brands will try to sign contracts with the teams and most important the number of football fans will certainly increase.

Riyad Mahrez to Manchester City

After the January deal collapsed on the deadline day, the 2016 PFA Player of the Year Riyad Mahrez has finally signed with Premier League reigning champs Manchester City last week on a £60million deal. The only question is where he will play under Pep Guardiola as both Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling contributed 28 goals and 26 assists between them enjoying an amazing season. But it’s very important to notice that Manchester City will have many fixtures to play next season and Guardiola might rotate the squad with Riyad Mahrez having the chance to show his skills and talent and being another option to a top-class City squad.

Naby Keita and Fabinho to Liverpool

Former RB Leipzig player, Naby Keita, has officially completed his transfer to the Red on July 1st after signing a long-term contract 12 months ago. Not just that but Jurgen Klopp looks like he wants the EPL title and after losing Emre Can he replaced him with former Monaco midfielder Fabinho. With Keita and Fabinho in the midfield Liverpool will a strong side. Both of them have incredible skills, creativity delivering awesome assists. They are very fast but in the same time they love to impose their own rhythm and dictate the tempo.

Other important transfers:

Fred from Shakhtar Donetsk to Manchester United

Arthur from Gremio to Barcelona

Clement Lenglet from Sevilla to Barcelona

Emre Can from Liverpool to Juventus

Check for up to date Football Odds from top online bookmakers
