Weekend Treble 1 – Total Odds 2.64

Best Odds: Betfair

Peru vs Brazil – Brazil to win at 1.35

Brazil's players were booed by their fans after failing to beat Venezuela in El Salvador. Peru are unbeaten in this group winning 4 points in 2 matches. With a draw against Brazil they will book their tickets in the knock-out stages but also a defeat might earn them a spot in the quarter finals. It will be a tough match for the hosts, but they can’t afford to drop points once again on their turf because their supporters who are already irritated by their performance are expecting a convincing win against Peru

Morocco vs Namibia – Morocco to win at 1.35

Morocco will kick off their AFCON 2019 campaign with a game against Namibia. Morocco won their previous 5 head-to-heads against Namibia and they are expected to make it 6 in a row. The hosts enter this match on the back of 2 consecutive defeats in their friendly games against Gambia and Zambia, but their coach has experimented by using a 4-4-2 formation during their 2 defeats. They have a great squad fully packed with players performing for some of the best teams in Europe like Ajax’s winger Hakim Ziyech, former Juventus defender Medhi Benatia or Dortmund’s central back Achraf Hakimi.

Algeria vs Kenya – Algeria to win at 1.45

Algeria enter this tournament trying to win the trophy after 29 years after their 1990 success. The hosts are unbeaten in their previous 6 fixtures winning 4 times in the process. Algeria’s run of form has been very solid and consistent in comparison with their opponents who have never qualified in the semi-finals of the competition. Kenya’s lack of experience at major tournaments is likely to be the key to this match. After enjoying a superb season with his club, Man City’s forward Riyad Mahrez will be Algeria’s leader.

Weekend Treble 2 – Total Odds 2.7

Best Odds: Bet365

Colombia vs Paraguay – Colombia Draw Double Chance

Colombia’s striker Duvan Zapata is on fire. He scored 2 goals in 2 matches helping his team secure the 1st spot in the standings. Even with a defeat against Paraguay, Colombia will finish 1st in group B. Not only they won both matches but they also managed to keep 2 clean sheets in the process. Their Portuguese coach, Carlos Queiroz is expected to rotate his squad and have fresh legs in the knock-out stages, but Colombia have a great bench and we don’t expect them to lose this game against Paraguay.

Senegal vs Tanzania – Senegal to win at 1.38

Sadio Mane, who just won the Champions League trophy with Liverpool is expected to shine. Senegal is on a six-match winning run and we expected them to make it 7 in row by beating Tanzania in their competition opener. When you have players like Mane, Keita Baldé, Kalidou Koulibaly or Cheikhou Kouyaté you expect to go all the way and lift the trophy. The 1st matches are always important so Senegal will have to win the 3 points and extend their brilliant run of form. On the other side, Tanzania won just 3 of their last 19 matches across all competitions and we don’t expect them to pull off the upset against such a talented squad.

Nigeria vs Burundi – Nigeria to win at 1.35

After failing to qualify in the knock-out stages last year in Russia, the Super Eagles are looking to go all the way and lift the AFCON 2019 trophy. Anything other than victory for Nigeria will be considered a huge upset. Leicester’s forward Kelechi Iheanacho has been left out of the squad for this tournament but Arsenal’s Alexander Iwobi, Villarreal’s Samuel Chukwueze or Leicester’s Wilfred Ndidi should have enough to kick off their AFCON campaign with a win.
