Chisnall and Clemens expected to top their group in style

Dave Chisnall v Lisa Ashton

11th November, 8.15pm

Dave Chisnall is in red hot form this tournament beating Jamie Hughes comfortably on Saturday night and a winning pick for this column. Then on Sunday made a big statement by beating 2nd favourites Rob Cross 5-3 in Legs. Dave plays his final group match against Lisa Ashton, who is yet to win a match in the tournament and Chisnall will win this made easily.

Lisa Aston will really struggle to keep up with the inform Chisnall and is likely not to win a leg as the experienced will want to continue his good scoring and finishing to end the group stage winning all his matches.

Top Tip: Dave Chisnall to win 5-0 in correct score market at 3.5 (5/2) with Skybet.

Gabriel Clemens v Richard Veenstra

11th November 2019, 7.15pm

Gabriel Clemens shocked Daryl Gurney on Sunday to win 5-4 in legs and played some of his best darts of the season so far. He kept up with Gurney with 180’s and managed to hold his nerve in the final few legs to win 5-4. Clemens has won both is matches so far and he will look to take top spot in the group by winning against Veenstra who has won only 1 leg so far from his two matches.

Clemens should win this comfortably and with his confidence from previous two matches, he can also have the most 180’s in the match, plus the highest checkout too.

Clemens is unlikely to win the tournament, but can progress in top position and maybe cause an upset in the quarter finals.

Top Tip: Gabriel Clemens to win the match, have the most 180s and highest check-out at 3.0 (2/1) with Skybet

Grand Slam of darts Monday acca

11th November 2019

After losing to Dave Chisnall, Rob Cross will look to immediately bounce back as he faces Jamie Hughes. Hughes lost to Chisnall and now faces Rob Cross who will be determined to finish the group stage well.

Cross is odds on favourite to win this and should do comfortably, so we’re doubling this up with another top player in Peter Wright.

Peter Wright faces Danny Noppert who has won 1 of his 2 matches, but hasn’t faced anyone with the quality of Peter Wright yet. Wright is playing great darts of late and at odds on to take a win and top the group.

Combining Cross and Wright gives odds of 2.0 (Evens) which with their experience and class should follow up Saturday’s acca with another top pick.

Top Tip: Rob Cross and Peter Wright to win their matches at 2.0 (Evens) with Skybet
