The Miami Dolphins are not even close to what the public perceives this team to be

Each week of the NFL season the Odds Market NFL team will release a Pigskin Parlay article. They may differ from week to week. One week it could be a Teaser, the next week it could be a spread or money line parlay. The goal, to finish the season with more units than we started with.

Through 10 weeks of the NFL season we are down 1.17units. NFL parlays are not the easiest bet to win in sports betting but, we are still on pace to finish in the black by the end of the first season and that my friends is all that matters. We are going for a price on Sunday! Let’s do it.

Week 11: 3 TEAM MONEY LINE ACCUMULATOR

Buffalo Bills vs Miami Dolphins

We are kicking this money line parlay off with a bang. The Miami Dolphins are not even close to what the public perceives this team to be, and that is why they are undervalued in the marketplace. On the flip side, the Buffalo Bills are not as good as their record indicates and that sets up up for a nice money line grab in this spot.

For the talk about how bad the Dolphins are they have won their last two games. Why is that, what has changed? The answer is better play from the quarterback position. Since Ryan Fitzpatrick was named the starting quarterback a month ago, the Dolphins have out scored their opponents total offensive output by 2 points. He has made a difference. The Dolphins almost beat the Bills in Buffalo if not for a couple timely mistakes. They outplayed Buffalo in that game, and now they have a great opportunity to win the game. Buffalo has a solid defense and nothing else. A Buffalo QB hasn’t had a 300-yard passing game in 2.5 years. They are terrible on offense and I am not a Josh Allen believer. Can Fitzpatrick give us some Fitzmagic on Sunday? I believe he can, give me the fish.

Leg ONE – Miami Dolphins money line at 51/20 (3.55) with BETONLINE

Denver Broncos vs Minnesota Vikings

The Denver Broncos are lost in mediocrity this season. The quarterback they started the season wasn’t any good and the quarterback that has replaced him due to injury isn’t any better. Brandon Allen was serviceable in his first start of his career, but that was against a below average team in the Cleveland Browns. The one bright spot for the Denver Broncos continues to be their saving grace every year, a top 10 defense. Again, this season they are ranked 6th in defensive DVOA, but the issue with this team and what continues to keep them from greatness is the offense. Until that happens, they can’t be taken seriously.

The Minnesota Vikings however, are a real title contender. This is the forgotten team in the NFC that no one talks about when they mention the best teams in the NFC. I assure you this is one of them. They are one of only two teams that are in the top 10 in both offensive and defensive efficiency ratings. The team put on an absolute show last week against the Cowboys. They looked great, and if Kirk Cousins can play like that every week, they are in really good shape to make a run. Either way, the Denver Broncos shouldn’t have anything for this team on Sunday. Lay it!

Leg Two – Minnesota Vikings money line at 4/19 (1.21) with PINNACLE

New England Patriots vs Philadelphia Eagles

How many times have we seen the Patriots take a beating the way we did two weeks ago against the Baltimore Ravens? Not many, I can count on two hands the amount of times that has happened in the last decade. The Ravens exposed the Patriots for the first time this season with some old school football. Baltimore ran through the Patriots play after play and the Patriots could not stop them. New England was the #1 defense in the league going into that game and they looked like anything but.

Everyone that is talking about the demise of the Patriots needs to calm down. They have won 8 of the first 9 games this year, and every time they won a Super Bowl, they lost a couple games during the season. As for the Philadelphia Eagles, it’s been a mediocre season at best. They are 5-4 to start the year and judging by the talent on the field, that seems right. Last week they managed to beat the Bears by about a touchdown which isn’t saying much for a team that doesn’t have a quarterback. I think the more-true to form Eagles is what we saw against the Cowboys.

They are a team without a secondary, and it is really hard to win football games when you have the worst cornerbacks and safeties in the league. Now the Patriots come into to Philly fresh off a bye where they have had two weeks to stew over that Baltimore beating? Belichick off that loss and an extra week to prepare? YES PLEASE.

Leg Three – New England Patriots money line at 10/21 (1.47) with PINNACLE

Pigskin Parlay Wrap Up

NFL Week 11: 3 TEAM ACCUMULATOR

Leg One – Miami Dolphins ML at (3.55)

Leg Two – Minnesota Vikings ML at (1.21)

Leg Three – New England Patriots ML at (1.47)

TOTAL STAKE – (1.00 unit) TO WIN (6.31)

SEASON RECORD (3-6)

PARLAY BANK – (10 Units to start.)

TOTAL PROFIT/LOSS – (-1.17u)

CURRENT BANK – (8.83 UNITS)
