Each week of the NFL season the Odds Market NFL team will release a Pigskin Parlay article. They may differ from week to week. One week it could be a Teaser, the next week it could be a spread or money line parlay. The goal, to finish the season with more units than we started with.

Through 14 weeks of the NFL season we are down 5.17units. Again we had another week where 2 of 3 legs of the parlay cashed and we just fell short again. Even though we have hit 2 of 3 the last 5 weeks and are 8-4 , we can’t put it all together. The frustrations of parlays folks. Eventually the worm has to turn All you can do is trust your capping and move forward. That’s what I’ve done, Let’s do this!

Week 15: 2 Team Totals/Total Accumulator

Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Detroit Lions

I want to preface this by saying that this game is to be added into the parlay (** IF JAMEIS WINSTON PLAYS). If Winston does not play than void this leg of the parlay. Ok, so we are going to assume that he is playing for now.

The bookmakers continue to throw bad numbers on the board for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers team totals and the NFL odds market has not adjusted the lines properly. For the last 11 weeks, the Tampa Bay Bucs have averaged over 30 points per game yet the books continue to throw numbers out there for the Tampa team totals between 23.5 and 25.5 points. I have bet this team total over 11 weeks in a row and have gone 8-2-1 over the last 3 months.

The offense has not been the problem for the Bucs this season. Jameis Winston has put points on the board every week. It has been the defense that has let this team down. Tampa Bay wide receiver Mike Evans will probably not play on Sunday, but I don’t thi nk it will matter that much considering how bad the Detroit Lions defence has been this season. The Bucs still have weapons in O.J. Howard, Chris Goodwin and Breshad Perriman. They should be enough for Tampa to fly over this team total if Jameis Winston plays come Sunday. Give me the over, Book It!!!

PIECE ONE – Tampa Bay Buccaneers Team Total OVER 24.5 at 5/6 (1.83) - Bet365

New England Patriots vs Cincinnati Bengals

For the first time in this Patriots dynasty, I truly feel that this Patriots team is overrated. They have been the beneficiary of one of the easiest schedules of the 2019 NFL season. They have been ranked the #1 defence in the league all season long but anytime this defence has played a ‘real’ team they have had trouble. They were exposed against the Ravens, Texans and the Chiefs.

So we know the trouble they have had against offensively gifted teams, BUT the Patriots have done a nice job of locking down subpar offenses this season. The Cincinnati Bengals realize the #1 pick of the 2020 draft is within their grasp, and while every player plays to win the game, sometimes teams are not talented enough to get the job done. The Patriots have locked down teams in the lower 3rd of the league offensively this season and I expect them to hold the status quo on Sunday. The Bengals team total is 16 this week and I think that is expensive. The Patriots should play an inspired game of football coming off the home loss to the Chiefs and I think they are fully capable of holding the Bengals under 17 points this week. Give me the Bengals team total under. Book It!

PIECE TWO – Cincinnati Bengals Team Total UNDER 16 at 50/53 (1.94) - Pinnacle
